Gwen Wolken is a sought-after Direct Sales expert and empowering speaker for both Direct Sales and Women’s Organizations. After building several successful Direct Sales businesses over 18+ years, building teams, and helping entrepreneurs obtain their goals, Gwen chose to use her passion for coaching, training and mentoring to help as many people as possible. She founded Party Plan Prosperity in 2014, which is now an integral part of GwenWolken.com. Gwen’s extensive experience enables her to help solve the challenges faced by direct sales party plan consultants, leaders, and their companies.
Gwen began her career as a CPA in public accounting, which led to becoming the CFO of a large retail chain and to be the president of a million-dollar family business in the retail sector. Her background in business, and as an entrepreneur in direct sales, gives her a solid base in which to train and coach others the founding principles of running an organization and creating leaders. She has helped non-Direct Sales entrepreneurs build their businesses by supplying advice and hands-on training.
Gwen is passionate about helping others find their purpose, passion, and mission in life in order to create the life that they are envisioning for their future. She created the course “Pathway to Purpose” as a direct result of coaching consultants in her business.
She found that most entrepreneurs have a specific reason for working the business they are invested in but don’t understand their driving passion behind it, which would propel their companies further. She also realized that finding your purpose extends to anyone beyond direct sales who is struggling in life and has goals they wish to achieve.
Gwen lives in the Chicago area and is the mother of three grown boys. She is married and spends time with her two dogs as well as singing with a Sweet Adelines' chorus, playing tennis, cooking, and reading and doing other fun activities.
