Many who shop early are shopping price. Consider giving a discount on your highest price-point products or offering a lay-away/extended payment plan.

3. Gift Sets
If your company doesn’t put sets together consider putting your own together and offer a savings if purchased.
4. Free Shipping
Many shoppers who are shopping early are looking to avoid crowds. Free shipping may just tip the scales.
5. Gift Guide
Create a gift guide and offer deals on featured items. You can do this for specific people like husbands, wives, moms, etc.
6. Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Small Business Saturday
Don’t just stick to the big holidays! Run promotions around some of the lesser known holidays as well.

Create a product or freebie offer that’s a complete surprise. Let your customers know approximately what to expect and the value and then surprise them (or their friends) with a mystery purchase.
